{faith in what we don't see}
Finally getting a chance to post some musings on faith that really spoke to me early on in the week as well as throughout the week that I didn't get a chance to post yet! Many of these verses on faith are also a part of the "footprints of the journey," a series of verses that have carried special meaning and intersected my life in many ways the last six months.

The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in God, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living. It's our handle on what we can't see. The act of faith is what distinguished our ancestors, set them above the crowd.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
